Account is temorarily locked

I was recently locked out of my account, facebook prompted me to the next page "Keep your account secure" with different steps to confirm I added certain friends made certain comments and on the last page check marketplace posts on this step it only allows me to delete all or some, when I do that it then says Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later. It does this everytime for the past 4 days and won't let me move forward to log in. How do I fix this????
