Only 2 rows of the keyboard are working

Hello,

my laptop hp2000 was recently formatted to windows 10 from windows 8 recently. however i later found out that i was not able to use keyboard because of upgrade.
now i have downgraded to windows 7 and only 2 rows of the keyboard is working..... the Q line buttons up to } ] and numbers 1 to 9 all the rest are malfunctioned

please can someone assist
