Hello,
Please can you help me recover my yahoo password? I lost my former phone and the number. Now I have a new phone number, how can you help me please. There are asking for my former phone number but I don't have access to it again. Can I provide the new phone number?

First, tell us, when you created the account, did you register an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive an account key?
