Can't use WhatsApp today

what happen to whatsapp, today i can't use whatsapp something wrong happen and also I don't install app again ....

There is nothing wrong with WhatsApp here.

Probably because the server is down for maintenance where you are. Try again in 12 hours or so.

Ok thank u...... But one problem also related to instagram, i don't send message anybody. Update issue, out of date

so many time updated bt don't solve .
when i update instagram ask for google and play store
