Hello,
My whats app doesnt work cause it keeps saying inaccurate date amd ,time but all of that is set properly any advice to fix this problem cos i downloaded whats app again and still saying the same thing

There seems to be a bug with WhatsApp and Samsung Tizen.

Wait and try again later when Samsung fixes the problem.

Have you tried to select the automatic time zone ?

Also make sure WhatsApp uses the latest version.

Hello again its fatima van schalkwyk replyingto your response i have tried to download the latest version for my tizen z2 but i was unsuccessful can you perhaps help me in this regard? Also yes i have chosen the correct time zone i picked cape town south africa then i changed it to Johannesburg that allowed me to set the time at least but now i have the other problem , the version?

Make sure everything is up to date, uninstall WhatsApp and restart your phone. After rebooting, try reinstalling WhatsApp from a WiFi connection.
