Facebook account hacked

Hey,
I have problems someone inter my Facebook account removed email I have been using and call phone so now I is not prossible to go into my normal account what should be do on pot is using my Facebook to ask my friends to help him send money because has problems of his sister some friends they try to find out if me and I told them is not me. And check account was hacked
