Take the battery out. Unplug it from the wall. take the power cord and disconnect it into two pieces. Press and hold the power button on the laptop for 60 seconds. Make certain the power cord is not plugged in, or plugged into the wall during this time. Wait for 5 minutes. Put it all back together, and plug it back into the wall. Try to boot again. DO NOT RUSH THIS TIME FRAME!
