Factory reset

Hello,

I factory restart my phone C35 its a keypad model of cherry mobile and when i turn it on its asking me the input phone lock code so i type the usual code i use the 0000 and when i type it didnt work, whats the problem of this? Will in fact it was my loader phone when i was i Philippines before i use it as my loaders phone i decide to use again the keypad phone because smartphone are too big to bring especially when your in a field work, plsss help me to resolve this problem, thanks
