Sorry but after factory reset it just as if the phone was new, like just out of the box. Data recovery is impossible because it no longer exists.

Don't worry , the Factory reset is not enough to completely delete anything from iPhone ,
All you need to is get a phone data recovery tool to scan your Android phone ,remember to do it as soon as possible,
