Asus laptop off if power disconnected

Hello,
My asus laptop off if powe disconnect and battery not charging even charge an hours .having windows 10 in laptop
Pls suggest solutiln

IF the laptop is more than 4 years old, it is probably time to change batteries!

@zunaqoe-how old is the laptop? More than 4 years? The batteries are BAD, as stated in the above posting!!!!!

You don't! You replaced the battery!

WHY IS IT THAT NO POSTER ANSWER THE QUESTIONS ASKED IN ORDER TO DETERMINE THE TROUBLES!

Just keep apologizing and stating the same thing over like:

"I am sorry! It is broke! What do I do?"

That will help!!!! Just IGNORE the questions WE ARE ASKING, because that will definitely get your question answered correctly!

So I need to buy battery see. But I already removed my battery but still not working.

If it doesn't run with the battery in, you need to take it to a technician! This is too cumbersome and exhausting!
