Cant download any free ware

Hello,
i can nolonger download any freewares. first a note would come up notifying me that for the safety of my pc i shoulndt download the freeware but i would right click on the note and select download. but it nolonger appears and i cant download. plis send me some guidlines

I will advise you using another browser you can try mozilla firefox,
