My pc beeps 3 times but no display on screen

i am completely new to pc and have no ides where to even start with RAM and batteries etc. can someone help? i have 4 slots where RAM should go , i think. i don't know which one to take out.

Please tell, what is the make and model of your desktop computer as well as your operating system. It's a desktop isn't?
