Hello,
when i download a game or an update i can watch the it downloading in a small box that appears on the screen, then i usualy right click on the download i want from the list and press open but the last few weeks when i go to click open it wont work. does anyone know how to fix this.

hi,

go t the folder where the files have been downloaded and then try to open them from there.

this should work.

or try to do a system restore to set your computer to the settings it was on that date.

hi,
if i do a system restore will i lose any other software or other stuff from my memory
