Please help me get back to my account. 

It always saying Identity not confirmed, please try again later. 

I have emailed them about it yet no reply at all. 

I appreciate any help..

Well if your network is not online, you need to pay your bill!

I have a felling you have mis-classified  your post, and you weren't meaning to talk about the network, but maybe an email service?
