hi,
try to use "Disk Cleanup" tool to free some space.
go into My Computer and then right-click on the local Disk C:
then select properties and click on disk cleanup.
this will delet some unused files to free some spaces.
but it is recomended that you use an external HDD to store your media files like music and videos.
