My pc isn't opening

Hello,
Yesterday I tried to install Windows XP
on my pc but didn't worked just appeared "Fatal error" and "Acces denied". Today I tried to open my pc again and appears this white line and stays like that.

Can anyone help me please?

This thing happened to me too. I just updated some firmware on my Windows system and everything got fixed
