I dont know what to do since i dont have access to my cellphone number and my yahoo account. I dont have any ids and i cant find one. Can you help me with this?

First visit the official Facebook hacked account page: https://www.facebook.com/help/1216349518398524] then click on the option "I think my account was hacked or someone is using it without my permission.
Then follow through.
