Hello, Why is there a Question Mark always on the WiFi icon. My name is Listed at my apartment but I have no password and a open Xfinity icon (no internet connection)

If you pay the Comcast bill, then you are paying for support!  Why use a free forum, when you are already PAYING for support! 

We need more details to really help!  Did you JOIN the Wifi network with the correct password?  Does the network work with other devices, or none work?
