I recently acquired a new Samsung phone and was unable to access my account.
I attempted to change my password and inputted code to no avail. I then received confirmation of change of password and was still unable to access it.
I was asked when resetting password to submit photo ID and have done this several times and link says it has expired.
I have since submitted ID and am now receiving no reply.
I am very unfamiliar with technology and am unsure of what to do next.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance.

There are alot of subscirbers to that network that is in the same boat as you. Be patient as they have to clear the queue first in first out! How long would it take to fix if .1% of the users were having the same problem, and it took 20 minutes to clear each one. The workers work 24 a day. How long would it take?
