I cant remember my alternative and my phone number

I have a yahoo email and now i cnt open anymore bcoz they ask for verification but the number i signed there was no longer activated and the alternatve email is i forgot also the passwrd and m not using tat anymore :( pls help me hw to recover my yahoo mail wthout the verification i knw my email and my password bt i cnt open cz must verify
