Now, I don't know what you mean when you say: "he hacked me by phone number" (Who is the "he")
I suggest that it's impossible to hack with just a phone number. A password is always needed. Somehow, you must have let information leak.
Anyhow, tell me, do you always access your Gmail through your phone?
Do you remember the password with which you usually access your Gmail account ?
