My mp3 does not play videos

Hello,

I have an mp3 player, but whenever I save a video in my mp3 it does not play. Please help me........as much as possible your answer does not have no installation or downloads..............thanks............if there is no choice but to install or download it is still ok. Just give me a helpful answer...............thanks again.

Hello,

Does your mp3 player support videos?? if so, you will have to convert your videos... you will need to install the conversion software found in the cd you got with the mp3 player!

thanks for answering my question....................but what do I convert my videos.........do I convert it to mp3?
