Recover my Yahoo email without alternative

hi can you pls help me recover my yahoo email pass word without using alternative i put as my security reason i lostit and dont have an access to it anymore so they keep sending it and cant find it because i change that number two years ago

Unfortunately, if, when you created your Yahoo account, you have not registered an alternate recovery email address to which you have access to receive an account key, you can’t prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.
