Retrieve my password for my Gmail account

I removed my Google account from my phone three days ago by mistake I was trying to logout do someone else could log in using my phone I thought I would be able to to just log back in but my account was removed and I can't check my emails or get my photos. I keep reaching out to Google but they I keep telling they can't prove it's my account but I answered all my questions right even my back up email
