Retrieve my password for my Gmail account

I removed my Google account from my phone three days ago by mistake I was trying to logout do someone else could log in using my phone I thought I would be able to to just log back in but my account was removed and I can't check my emails or get my photos. I keep reaching out to Google but they I keep telling they can't prove it's my account but I answered all my questions right even my back up email

When you created your account, did you register an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a password reset code?
