Virus or what

Hello,i ahve lap top which i think it has virus , as soon as i turn it on its starts scanning for viruses and other things , and i never been able to get windows to do any thing . i cant even go to the internet . what can i do ?

Hye, boot on safe mode and just do a system restore from a date when you pc was working fine!

i do not think i was able to get to that point , to see the programs
and make aselection of any thing
