Hi, my account is hacked and blocked. My email and telephone number changed so it wont recognize it. Is there something I could do about to recover it?

First visit the official Facebook hacked account page: https://www.facebook.com/help/1216349518398524] then click on the option "I think my account was hacked or someone is using it without my permission.
Then follow through.

I don't think there is something I could do...when I follow that link it wont still work...I mean there must be a way I had the account with all pictures and memories since 2005!! :((

they don't recognize my new password and my new telephone number...

Since your account can't be seen it has either been deleted because you have not accessed it for a long time or it has been disabled in which case it was not hacked and, in your case, recovery is impossible.

I didn't say it was disabled. I said that it was either disabled or deleted. But my educated guess is that Facebook no longer recognized you as the account owner.
