I am trying to download the Free Visual Basic Express software but it keeps on installing in French even though it does tell me it is an English version. I have tried changing the language but it only allows French.
Thank you for the heads up. I agree, there is no option to change the languages. I have made the changes. I am not aware of any other packages of where you can get VB, besides MS.
