Hello,

the clock on my z2 Samsung does not automatically update as a result my whatsapp is not accessible. I have uninstalled it but still cannot down load it due to the incorrect clock

So this isn't an app problem, its a bogus phone problem! Take the phone to the people that you pay your bill to, and have them fix it!

Hi Mark,

it's not a phone issue. It's bug with all WhatsApp apps from Tizen.

Unfortunately, the only way to fix it is to change the phone's date and time to a wrong date and time.

Samsung Tizen phones are not bogus, they just use a different OS which is open source.

Sounds like a bogus product, as I said!

I have noticed a lot of complaints about WhatsApp and Tizen.

When creating an app, the designer must include the countries who will be able to access it. In the case of WhatsApp for Samsung Z2, looks like South-Africa was forgotten.

Or, its called market share, and they have chosen that the return does not warrant the market!
