no cable - no network

Yes, i know but in network connection folder when cable is unplug , network adapter icon hidden. and then plug cable network adapter is reappears.

my network connection folder is empty. network adapter (wire) is appear only when connecting the network cable .also in device manager network is hidden So I have to tick show hidden devices from view menu. in device status: error code is 45.
