Hello,
Can somebody help me out of this problem...?
I last try booting my PC but little did I know I found it not coming up, but the Fan was so loud that my PC could not start till this moment...Have tried all I could: clearing BIOS, Unplugging all cables, Dusting everywhere etc but to no avail.

It's probably a motherboard or CPU failure. Unless you updated using the wrong BIOS code.

It appears you "bricked" the computer by using the wrong BIOS code.

You can sometimes obtain a new correctly programed BIOS chip from the system manufacturer. Otherwise, you will need to buy a new motherboard.

Good Luck
