i have computer problems  i got 24 threats of spyware on the system i am unable to open internet explorer so how do i activate windows pc defender if i forgets the activation key.  please can you send me the activation key

i have tried to download the malware remover and it says that my security wont allow me to download. this sucks!!! I need to get this crap off of my laptop ASAP!!
