Hello,
i want to now can i put patch 3 on gta 4 or i can´t put any patches at all

You will need to download the patch on the internet!

when i download patch GTA 4 PC Patch ufficiale 1.0.1.0 and i want to play gta 4 it says (sorry,but this version of gtav.exe is not supported. supported versions:1.0.3us
if i download the latest patch then i cant finish clean getavay mission what i have to do.
