Facebook disabled reviewing additional documents

Hi

Facebook wishes to verify your identity. Have you submitted to Facebook the document that Facebook has requested from you? You will not be able to recover your account until you do. Check your email or sms Facebook sent you a message telling you how to confirm your identity.

They don't give me email. How i will confirm my identity.

What do you mean your account opens with a number. Did you use your full real name to create your account?
