Hello,

I just bought a nexxtech webcam model number 2516515. I loaded the software onto my computer and the computer recognizes that the webcam is connected, however the video just shows a black screen. How can I fix this? Thanks

hi,

check if the the lense of the webcam is blocked by anything, like a cover, etc.

check the brightness settings.
