As far as I know, when you entered a wrong password multiple times, facebook gives you an option to recover your account. That's an easier way, if you just forgot your password or the hacker changed the password.
But if both email and password were changed, you gotta go to https://www.facebook.com/hacked then follow the steps there. You might get a chance to recover your account if your remember old passwords, etc.
