Called Yahoo support numbers - not help provided

Hello,
I need help fixing my recovery email address for yahoo so that i can get into my yahoo account every number that i have done call for yahoo when i tell thim what i need help with they hang up on me


System Configuration: Android / Chrome 70.0.3538.80

Yahoo DOES NOT have a phone number to call. Neither DOES any other FREE email services. If you contact any phone number and they ask for a credit card, you are talking to a SCAM artist.

Can't we just send them a cheque?
