Pendrive Problem

Hello,
I am having Transend 4 gb pen drive. when i am connecting it to the system, the lights are glowing on the pen drive. but itz not showing in the system.

Hello,

Just right click on my computer then select manage
Click on disk management!!
just try to see if it appears there!
