No signal and no power to peripherals Closed

Hello, so I I made a new computer and when I turned it on it looked ok, all the fans and LED’s where working. But as soon as I plugged it into a monitor it had no signal. Also when I plug in peripherals like a mouse, there is no power given to them. Please help as all these parts are new

Make all of your connections prior to powering it on.  Are your USB ports enabled in BIOS?

Did you make certain all of the NEW components have the proper specifications?
