Can't confirm my identity on Facebook

Hello,
I have been told to confirm my identity however whenever I try the next screen says "connection lost"... how do I get my account back? This is so annoying!

System Configuration: Android / Chrome 70.0.3538.80

Facebook secure account connection lost
Ssh secure shell - Download - Remote access
Facebook download - Download - Social media
Create skype account with gmail - Guide
Facebook account disappeared ✓ - Facebook Forum
Security or firewall might be blocking the connection ✓ - Internet & Social Networks Forum
