Computer monitor turns blank

Hello,

My PC was restarted after defragmentation by wise registry cleaner. Then whenever I turn it on it either stays blank after starting Windows or appears "strange." I'm using a HP Compaq with Dell monitor. My OS is Window 7 professional.

Did you make a backup of the registry? If so, apply it back and uninstall what ever you used!
