Disabled facebook account

Hello,
Facebook Team please help me out. My account has been disabled for violating the facebook terms but when I go through appeal form and I was abled to identify the photos of my facebook friend but when I submit the share additional information it said "error occurred while submitting the form please try again later' I've been trying this several time but still said one and the some thing what can i do in order to get back my account any suggestion am willing to take

Try to clear your browser's cookies and cache.

I did but it not working can you please reopen for me please here are my facebook details facebook name Khanyisile Fortunate Nkosi and the contact I use is 0733513802

We cannot reopen your account. CCM has no connection with Facebook.

I suggest you try with another browser or device.

I know you don't have a connection with Facebook I was saying it is possible for you to assist me to do the process. I will send you the detail and do it for me

Sorry, it is not possible to send the form for you.

When you try to upload your ID, make sure it is converted to JPEG. If the problem persists, check if your browser is up to date. Otherwhise, try sending the form with another device.
