Not able to access Facebook account

Hi,

When login, I see the below message popping out:

We'll take a look at the documents you submitted and get back to you. If we need more help with confirming your name, we'll contact you for additional documentation.

Please help me recover it as soon as possible?

Hey Avyukt,

Seems like Facebook wants to confirm your identity. It will be inspecting your documents and get back to you. Here is what happens once you submit your ID.

Its been long time , I m seeing the popup when i try to log in but I havent received any update or to access the account , pls help me out with this asap
