Hello,
I opened up a new yahoo email on 1/01/2019 and i sent some mails. When i login in now, it informs me that it does not recognise my email address. How can i be able to access that email.

Hi,

Make sure to enter your email address correctly and use "@yahoo.com" at the end of the address.

You can also try to find your account with the Sign-in Helper.

Thanks. But i already tryed them and failed. When i try to send a mail on it the response i receive is that its disabled.

You may have violated Yahoo's Terms of Service.

If you think you have not broken the rules, try contacting Yahoo to get more information about deactivating your account.

To get started, go to this page, select Account and enter your Yahoo email address. Then, select Contact a Yahoo specialist > Abuse and spam > Got a message-my account is deactivated > Email a Yahoo specialist.
