How can I recover my Facebook accessSolved/Closed

Hello, 

My facebook id has been disabled for pretending someone else. But it was my real Id. I used my official name, birth date and my own photo on my Facebook id. But when it became disabled, my profile picture was 'Messi'

Facebook did it mistakenly! So, I have submitted two government authorized official paper to Facebook. They rejected! 

Finally, I have submitted my school id card with name, birth date, and photo. However, the Facebook team did not reply me yet (2 days).

So that I did it twice! But, didn't get any reply.          

Can anyone help?

You have initiated Facebook’s account recover process. This takes up to 15 days, so please be patient.

If you’re waiting longer than 15 days, we suggest you create a new account.

Hi, 

The Facebook team takes a few weeks to check your documents and take action on it. Would suggest you wait for a few weeks.
