My name is Noparat sudhikam. I have been a devout IDM customer for many years. Jus t the other day I sent my 8 years laptop for repair neglecting to ask the repairman to save the valuable prludinggrams. The new Windows was uploaded because the old one bugged. All programs were deleted along with the old Windows including the IDM which I frequently used. What shall I do? Will I be required to pay for a new replacement? Kindly let me know by return mail.
