Unable to download my attachments in new Yahoo Mail !

Hello,

Since Yahoo made me switch to it's new e-mail, I am unable to download my attachments.
The download button is not available anymore !

- I have updated my browser (Firefox) to the latest version
- I also tried Microsoft Edge, Google Chome.

Nothing helps!

When I switch to the previous version of my Yahoo e-mail, the download button is again available!
But this is not an option. Since Yahoo doesn't remember this old e-mail. He returns automatically to the new system. Also this downgrade option is not always available (on other Yahoo e-mail accounts)

What can I do ?

Is Yahoo aware of this problem ?

Great question, is yahoo aware? have you looked on Yahoo silupport, or contacted yahoo? We are CCM.NET, and we connect assist with other providers account issues.

Yes, Yahoo is aware. And today they fixed this problem !
I can download again my attachments. :)

Case closed.
