Can I copy to flash stick from phone internet and install to desktop


System Configuration: Android / Chrome 72.0.3626.105

So, the desktop has no Ethernet Port? Plug a cable into the Ethernet port, and get the driver. You can try to do what you are asking. Post back with results.
