Help me to delete ntuser.dat file

Hello,

System Configuration: Windows / Opera Next 58.0.3135.79

can anyone help me to solve problem?as i have via cmd prompt it always says being used on other process ..and thank you

You cannot delete a file while you are logged in. If you are attempting to delete another account try using elevated rights.
