Gta4 is lagging

Hello, I have a question that last year I bought 1GB of graphic card and installed in my PC but my game GTA 4 was lagging the experience is very worst so now I m going to install 2GD of graphic card will GTA 4 run smoothly also I have Intel corei3 processor and 4GB of ram

Start with the graphic resolution on low.

yea, that's a good option, though you may lose the pleasure of playing the game

Or, dont play at all. I would rather have low res graphics and smooth play, than high res graphics and lagging, stuttering game play dropping frames!!
