I CAN'T LOG IN.....

Hello, i have tried to log in my facebook but all in vain. They say, confirm indentity and wheb i try to proceed, i get error messages like CONNECTION LOST, tap to retry. Sometimes, i get an error messages like SORRY, SOMETHING WENT WRONG WE ARE WORKING ON FIXING IT. I last accessed my account on 26th february of this year. The annoying part is someone hacked it and tried to mess with it by using auto liker apps. I learned of that after i had been locked when i saw a message that you are temporarly locked until 5th March 2019...i kept cool and when the day reached, i tried to access my account so i could change password but all in vain. The hurting point is when i search my account using my friends Accounts, i see my account still just like i last used. Like everything is normal.
I contacted facebook they gave me link to resenting password which i have done and iam tired.

What can i do?

Hi

Delete all of your temporary files and cookies, wait 24 hours and try again

Hello thanks for the advise but it doesnt work..


This is what happens when i try to Input my password, then a pop displays
"confirm your indentity and when i press "Get started". It brings this error. (Check the screenshot)

Look at your email or sms, Facebook wishes id from you.
